What is Prospectsoft CRM?
Prospectsoft CRM is a fully scalable and modular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System that operates standalone, but also offers extensive, out-of-the-box integration with a wide range of popular accounting and back-office software systems. The latest edition (V.4) is a natural evolution, with many additional modules that are designed to meet the needs of almost any type or size of organisation. - Contact Management - Hierarchical data structure with unlimited numbers of companies, divisions, contacts and leads, with "fuzzy logic" high-speed search. Automatic contact and lead tracking. Records all spoken and written communications, including phone, fax, letter and e-mail.
- Document Management - Seamless integration with Microsoft Word for all outgoing documents. Storage of electronically received or scanned OLE-compliant documents, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mails, faxes, diagrams, etc.) with customer record, ensures against loss
- Problem Tracker - Logs and tracks all pre and post-sales problems, with automatic e-mail assignment to appropriate person for resolution. Monitors problem types and resolution time.
- Accounts Integration - Direct access to sales ledger for balances, transaction history and invoice drill-down, to stock file for balances and price lookup, and to currency file for exchange-rate updates.
- Outlook Integration - Automatic interfaces to Outlook for e-mail, appointments, meetings and tasks.
- Quotation Engine - Uses products & prices imported from the integrated accounting system. Full history and look-up of all quotations, forecasts of product requirements and margin analysis.
- Sales Cycle Management - Sales performance tracking and analysis, by person, function, product or region.
- Marketing Management - Campaign performance analysis by type, region, product and by sales value.
- Reports - A comprehensive range of management reports, with instant drill-down to detailed data.
Prospectsoft CRM has fully built-in database replication that can be used to link multiple offices or mobile laptop users. All these databases are automatically kept up to date with the latest changes without user intervention. These changes can even be sent to remote users over the Internet without these users ever visiting the office.
